GLS service packages combine several basic, advanced and extended modules and elements with the possibility of adding further blocks. Maintaining a safe and reliable condition of your equipment and attraction operation is of utmost importance. We have introduced a well-received modular package system to combine different services based on your individual needs.

ESSENTIAL

The foundation of our service packages is a yearly field service performing the required preventive maintenance tasks and condition assessment. Additional services and tasks can be individually specified and included in an expanded onsite visit.

The condition verification includes checks of relevant components and system performance tests. A general assessment on the structural integrity, operation and safety condition is being performed by our technicians at your attraction.

COMFORT

This is our convenient starter package including two seasonal field services focusing on the maintenance of the main attraction components and subsystems. This package complements your well-educated and experienced local maintenance team.

Our technical help-desk support and fast emergency interventions are included in the COMFORT package together with special conditions for further services. Refresher courses for your team can be added and individually applied.

PROFESSIONAL

This is our high-end offering with optimal service and adequate technical support performed on regular intervals. Preventive maintenance service keeps your attraction in safe and reliable operation condition. Required services, regular replacements and extended checks are performed by GLS technicians covering the important aspects of key components and systems.

Client specific blocks can be integrated and adapted to your requirements with variating periods, content and intervals. Special promotions for further services and system upgrades are available.

EDUCATION

Continuous education of your team is a key factor for the overall operation performance of your attraction. GLS education services are based on combinable modules and onsite coaching. The specific package is individually arranged based on client requirements and application. All modules can be combined with any Service Package.

Enhance your operation and maintenance performance offering your team additional competences. Available lessons and workshops are integrated as part of a digital learning program. Participants and trainees are qualified by a multi-level certification program.
